Most of the statistical functions are implemented from descriptions in Statistical Methods in Medical Research by P. Armitage and G. Berry, 2nd edition, Blackwell Scientific Publications, 1987 (highly recommended).
Thanks to Jack Dongarra and SV Schell for the matrix decomposition code, and to Matthew Belmonte for the routine to calculate statistical significance for an F-distribution.
